Learn watercolour techniques from the super talented Katerina Savchenko. You too can create your own masterpiece during this Masterclass.

No previous experience is required.

Your teacher, Kateryna Savchenko, is a professional watercolour artist and illustrator from the Ukraine. She has been passionate about painting since the age of 12 and has worked hard to perfect her skills. She creates outstanding illustrations of an extremely high quality. Her work has been used in product branding and print.

In this workshop you will learn brush and paint techniques with the goal of creating a beautiful flower painting of your own. You will also learn how to control the pigment when applying “wet in wet” technique and how to create natural looking veins on flower petals. Katerina will assist you in perfecting your technique and guide you through the process of creating your own floral masterpiece.

Watercolour is an extremely versatile medium. It can be applied to paper, papyrus, bark papers, plastics, vellum, leather, fabric, wood and canvas ( source: Wikipedia).

Should you wish to proceed to the second masterclass you will be encouraged to practice your technique before attending Masterclass 2 approximately two weeks later.

The workshop will be 4 hours long, with a short break roughly half way.
