Learn watercolour techniques from the super talented Katerina Savchenko. You too can create your own masterpiece during this level two masterclass.

Your teacher, Kateryna Savchenko, is a professional watercolour artist and illustrator from the Ukraine. She has been passionate about painting since the age of 12 and has worked hard to perfect her skills. She creates outstanding illustrations of an extremely high quality. Her work has been used in product branding and print.

Following on from the techniques learnt in level one, you will continue to practice brush and paint techniques to create a still life image of food. You will focus of light reflection and textures. The workshop will consist of a one hour technical demonstration and approximately two hours painting time. During these two hours Katerina will assist you in perfecting your technique and guide you through the process of creating your own still life masterpiece.

Watercolour is an extremely versatile medium. It can be applied to paper, papyrus, bark papers, plastics, vellum, leather, fabric, wood and canvas ( source: Wikipedia).

Should you wish to proceed to the third masterclass you will be encouraged to practice your technique before attending Masterclass 3 on the 17th of March.

This workshop is part one of a three part series.

Masterclass one – 17.02.2018 you will learn various paint and brush techniques – Subject matter: flowers.

Masterclass two – 03.03.2018 you will further develop your skills and practice – Subject matter: still life (food).

Masterclass three – 17.03.2018 will focus on advanced techniques – Subject matter: animals (cat).

Each masterclass costs 450kr, however if you choose to attend all three masterclasses and pay for all three together then you will receive a discounted price of 1100kr. Please contact us if you would like to arrange this and we will arrange a special ticket for you.
