How exciting that you want to join one of our markets!
To ensure that we represent both the high standard and the diversity of the handmade products produced in Norway all of our markets are curated.
We believe that ALL handmade is beautiful, however to ensure that our markets are as successful as possible for both vendors and customers we reserve the right to select the vendors we feel will have the most appeal to the public. That being said, we have no predetermined ideas to what should be sold, other than that it is made by hand!
We urge all those who are interested to sell at our market to apply. If you are new to selling we will help you and guide you through the process. If you are a seasoned seller you can rest assured that this is a professional market and that your work and skills will be respected.
Please fill in ALL of the required information. Incomplete applications will not be considered. We require a link to your website/ shop so that we can see images of your work. If you do not have this then please contact us at email@example.com to arrange sending over of images by email.
Below you will find an overview of all our upcoming markets.
SALT NIGHT MARKET (venue link) 01-02.09.2018
- Table (approx 180 x 75cm) - One day: 500kr / Two days: 1000kr (inc mva)
- Expert Members price: One day 350kr/ Two days 700kr
- Artisan Members: One day FREE / Two days 500kr
- Market booth (approx 2,5m x 2m) - Both days: 2500kr (Expert 1750kr / Artisan 1250kr)
The deadlines (frist) for all applications is 7 days before market day. Applications sent after the deadline will be considered but we do not guarantee you will get a reply.
You must sell only items that you have made/ designed yourself.
We appreciate that some items cannot be produced here in Norway and can by arrangement make allowances for this. But only if your items are designed exclusively in Norway and you cannot, for some reason, physically create them here in Norway. Please inform us if this is the case in your application.
We are currently arranging markets at the two venues below.
Registration is binding. once you have received confirmation that you have been assigned a place at the market you have 2 days to inform us if you do not wish to attend. If we do not hear otherwise then it is assumed that you will be attending and an invoice will be sent. Once the invoice is sent you are obliged to pay, whether you are able to attend or not.
You are obliged to remain until the end of the market. Should you leave before the arranged finish time, you will not be invited back.
All vendors are required to clear their table/ booth quickly at the end of each market night.
Vendors selling items other than the items they stated on their application could risk being asked to leave the market.
Every effort will be made to hold the market on the arranged date and time, however if the market should be cancelled for any reason (inc. fire, flood, strike, weather, death, illness, war, strike etc.) the arranging bodies are not obliged to refund the table/ booth fee.
Should you not be able to make it on the day arranged, then we are not obliged to refund your table/ booth fee, nor are we obliged to arrange for you to attend on another date as an alternative.
